If for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase within 7 days and/or 700 miles, we will exchange your vehicle. No questions asked. Our goal is to provide you with a car purchasing experience you can count on!
Vehicle Exchange Requirements
Please review the requirements below for eligibility and completion of a vehicle exchange.

Financing eligibility required
You must qualify for the necessary financing on the replacement vehicle.

Purchase price applied in full
The full amount of the original purchase price will be applied toward the new vehicle with no cash back.

Warranty and trade value
Warranties may transfer if applicable. If a trade was part of the first purchase, the trade value will be moved to the second purchase.

In-person dealership completion
The exchange must be completed at the dealership, and requests must be submitted in writing to our Guest Services team.

Mileage, condition, and timing
The vehicle must have no more than 700 miles added from the time of purchase, be in the same condition as when sold, and the exchange must occur within five business days of purchase.

Limits and exclusions
There is no cash value, incentives are non-transferable, one exchange is allowed per customer per year, and vehicles under $10,000 sales price are excluded.
