We just purchased a pre-owned truck from Nottingham, and were very impressed with this dealership. We worked with two different salesmen because our initial contact was off the day we stopped by for a test drive. Both of them were straight-forward and open about any questions we had concerning the truck. I was already impressed with the dealership and sales personnel. Then, on our second visit we asked about a truck that we saw on the lot, but the truck wasn't listed on the website. We were told "we aren't going to sell that truck, due to things our shop found". I was very impressed that they didn't want to stick a customer with e vehicle that had know mechanical issues. We left that day without purchasing, but decided to go through with the purchase the following day. Due to having a full day, I contacted Ian to see if we could place a deposit on the truck and pick it up a couple of days later. Instead, he got all the paperwork together and delivered the truck to us. This definitely saved us a couple of hours. We greatly appreciate the extra effort that Ian put in to get us the truck. In the past, I have had some bad experiences with car dealers. I've also had plenty of average experiences, but I've never been this impressed and pleased with a dealership. Specifically, thank you Ian for your going above and beyond to get us the truck. The surprise made my daughter's day!

Routine visit for oil change. Staff always welcoming. No problems
